I'm guessing there is something about this somewhere in the forum, but my searches come up empty:

I'm looking to connect with other people doing the diet program in the book "State of Slim", sometimes called the "Colorado Diet". It's the eating program developed by the medical researchers at the Anschutz Wellness Center in Denver (if you are familiar with the tv show Extreme Weightloss, this is the medical staff behind that show).

Ideally, I'd find or make a support group here for those of us pursuing this approach. Any help woulda be very welcome.

(Note, this is not the same thing as Chris Powell's Weightloss system)

    Hey, I don't know if you are still program, but I just started and am 1 week in. Would love a group where we can support each other. Let me know if you are still doing State of Slim. :)
