    Thanks! I never thought I would ever be a runner, now I don't think I will ever stop. I have dreams of running half marathons and marathons.

    Thanks so much! I'm so glad my thighs are slimming down since they are the last to go and I'm gaining so much muscle in then.

    Thank you! c25k was the best thing that I've ever done. I started running on my own mid August, but wasn't advancing much past 5 minutes. So mid September I started c25k and finished 2 days before my 5k. Whenever it seems to hard to run, don't give up, just slow down, catch your breath and try to keep going.
