I usually have plain greek yogurt. You can add some fruits to it0

For my lunch I usually do a flatbread wrap. You can get pre-cooked grilled chicken strips in the meat section of the store and I throw that in the flatbread with some cheese and salsa. Great for an energy boost!! Very low cal too!0

Chicken, salad and a wrap. Yum!0

Hummus, tomato and alfalfa sprout sandwich; if I don't have alfalfa sprouts, I'll use any type of lettuce. It's best to assemble this sandwich just before eating otherwise it gets soggy.0

I am curious about this one too. My friend and I were just talking about what she should pack for her daughter's school lunch since she doesn't like sandwiches.... so bump? lol0

My new favorite is a La Tortilla Company soft wheat wrap, lettuce, tomato, sprouts & an avacado. Only 378 calories and very filling. You could even do just 1/2 of an avacado and still be full.0

Just so we're all on the same page -- when Americans talk about "sprouts" in their sandwiches, they usually mean alfalfa or broccoli sprouts, NOT Brussels sprouts.
I'm looking forward to more ideas, too... I'll need to pack a lunch for an upcoming plane trip.0
