Day 1 of Tracking my Fitness Journey

Day 1 11-3-2014
Today I made a decision to track my weight loss journey and to encourage others like me that you to can do it too. I'm excited about blogging because I know that I'm gonna have rough days and stressful days but by posting on a daily basis, I'm hoping to discourage any of my negative thoughts to go away by getting my fitness pals to encourage me on good and bad days. I'm using my fitness pal and My Plexus Slim products to become a healthier ME. I'm so excited about my journey! Oh and I have a recumbent bike and an exercise mat that are gonna become my new best friends as well.
My goal is to lose 75lbs., get off of blood pressure meds, and to buy a whole new wardrobe.
So glad to be part of a fitness group.

Wow, your goals are almost exactly what mine were when I started. I was 75 pounds overweight and on BP meds twice per day. I have since lost over 50 pounds, had my meds reduced twice and am down to just one dose per day at the lowest dosage. Looking forward to getting rid of that last one.
