Trying to get motivated is the hardest thing but i know that i can do it. Today ran/walk off and on and going to again this evening, pushed some water and watched what i ate didn;t change what i ate because we know all of that is ineffective. My name is Julie any ideas or tips?

    Start out slow, running twice a day is either going to cause burn out, and it's something most people can't keep a daily schedule on. Pick a schedule you know for certain you'll be able to stick with tomorrow and next year.

    Weight loss is just calories in versus calories out, simply meaning eat less, move more.
