Frustration

I was one pound away from my goal and expecting to hit it this week and somehow gained 2 pounds. I have no clue how that happened as I worked out harder than ever and ate perfectly!

I am doing the program that I read in the Body Sculpting Bible for Women. 2 weeks at 1200 calories, and then 2 weeks at 1500 calories, and then 2 weeks back at 1200. I was down 14 pounds in 14 weeks. This week I started my first week at 1500 calories and gained weight! Is some of it muscle? How would I gain when all I added was a small portion of oatmeal, 2 oz. of meat to my dinner, and a half portion of nuts? I did 2 spin classes, 1 kickboxing class, 1 hr. on the treadmill, and 3 weight sessions this week! Should I just cut it back to 1200 again?!

I think you're working out way to hard!!! You have to make sure you have at least net 1200 calories a day to make sure you're losing weight. otherwise no weight lose.

you probably gained muscle. Don't worry so much about the weight, focus on your measurements and how you fit in your clothes.
