How do you log enchilada sauce or other sauces in the MFP food diary?

I made enchiladas last night and I don't know how to enter the sauce because it's not like I drank it like milk. The whole wheat tortillas absorb only so much. I can break it down by serving but it won't be accurate.

I'd weigh out the amount that I used in the recipe and then if any is left in the pan you can weigh that out and subtract it, then log the difference.
So if you used 120 grams and then there were 20 grams left after you ate, you'd just log 100.

I would do what the poster above suggested if it seems like a substantial amount is left over. If not, I would just incorporate it into the dish and ignore the fact that some is left in the pan.
I would rather over-estimate when it comes to that stuff than underestimate.
Again, if it were a significant amount of left-over, I would weigh it.0
