Can I do weight exercises/lifting right when I wake up before eating? Or should I eat something first?

Do what you are able - I do fasted cardio/lifting sometimes, supposedly it burns more fat. Just make sure your sugar levels don't bottom out on you, that happens to some.

I always exercise before eating. I would have a hard time eating first.

It's all about personal preference. Try it and see how you feel.

Yes. Try it & see how it goes. I am much better when I exercise on an empty stomach.

Fasted workouts are fine. But it's not for everyone. Many people have a hard time performing immediately upon waking and need time to collect themselves. Others don't perform well on an empty stomach. I know that I have to really scale back the intensity of my workouts when I work out in the AM because I don't perform well immediately upon waking and I get nauseous if I push myself hard on an empty stomach.

Just do what works best for you. But what works best for your body may not be what works best for your schedule/convenience.

fasted is the only way i can weight train. Otherwise Im nauseated and weak and distracted the whole time. Learning what works for you, is best.

personal preference. i have to eat a solid meal an hour or so before i workout, and then keep drinking my protein shake during my workout. Otherwise i get super light headed and run out of energy.

It is preference/your body's capability. I exercise after work so by that time I've had two solid meals and then a snack about an hour beforehand. I don't exercise well fasted because I tend to get low blood sugar and feel weak and nauseated.

I can go either way, but I usually get up early to get my workout in before the kids wake up so I don't waste time eating before - I can do that when they are with me..

Yup, personal preference. I cannot exercise on an empty stomach and have to have something an hour or so before. But if you can then go for it. Whatever works for you, it doesn't matter really.
