Today is my first day logging

I actually joined over a year ago, but never logged. I then joined caloriecountabout.com, and was very successful. Now I'm inching back up, and since I bought a Vivofit, I decided to come back here because I can sync with this site. I hope to lose 10 pounds before it all comes back!

    Logging is central to MFP as you need that information to know if you have a deficit or not.

    Just note you should weigh your food and log everything.
    Consistent logging even if you go over the target is important.
