im after a low calorie pizza,
just cheese and pepperoni
i tryed it with a wrap and it was nice , but 522 cals which was very high

I use ole low carb, high fiber brand tortilla they are 90 calories, 1/2 cup kraft fat free mozerella, 15 turkey pepperonis and I use Hunts no salt added canned diced tomatoes with oregeno, basil and garlic and a can of the hunts no salt added sauce blended with a ninja (a few table spoons maybe). Not sure of the calorie count exactly but it is about 7-9 points according to weight watchers so about 235/315 cals?0

Last night I made a low carb pizza crust. It is DELISH!
2 whole eggs
2 oz Cream Cheese
and a pinch of Cream of Tarter (you don't have to add this if you don't have it but I think it makes a better "crust")
I added onion powder, garlic powder, and oregno and blended in my bullet. Poured into a 9 inch round glass pie plate sprayed with cooking spray and baked for 15 mins on 350*. Once "CRUST" is baked I topped with Hunts No Sugar added Pasta sauce, Crumbled Turkey Sausage, Mushrooms, Onions, and 3 slices of Reduced Colby Jack cheese and a few Jalapenos and broiled until cheese was melted and bubbly.
I ate 1/2 a "pizza".
You can use this for "pancakes" as well by just adding some vanilla and cinnamon. Takes like french toast.

I use mountain bread. It gives a very thin and crispy base but I like it. You might too, and it's only 70cals per sheet0

Turkey pepperoni is a great way to reduce calories. It's low fat so the texture is a little stiff. I cut the slices into quarters so it's not too noticeable.
I make my own pizza dough so I can reduce the fat and roll it thin. I still eat restaurant pizza from time to time. Starting with salad is a great way to reduce portions.
Lifestyle changes for me. I won't be giving up pizza in the future, so I need to figure out something for long term.0 -
You could've had 2 slices of actual pizza for that many cals. NY style, of course.0

I just make mini pizza on pita bread. It's usually less than 300 calories.

I put these together, using upside down mushroom cap as a pizza crust, bake to heat through & melt cheese...sooo yummy!
