I'm in. I actually just read this whole web site abdout the 100 day clean food challenge and then started this wekeend. made my own bread. ive decided unless I make it at home, it isnt organic, it has more than 5 label ingredients, it isnt clean.0

Which vegetables are not considered 'genetically modified' or 'man-made,' please?
Why is 5 the magic number of ingredients, above which cleanliness is no longer possible in a food?0 -
