    Works for me. I never go a meal without adding my food, but those first few weeks were HARD. I was a bored eater and I had to go through a withdrawal period. But it's been over 70 days and it's really changed the way I eat and want to eat.

    I'm new to this too and I agree that the first week was REALLY hard. Luckily, I've had quick success, so it fuels me forward. I know when I log every bite, that I don't eat mindlessly anymore. It really does work, IF you work it!!! Best to you as you make it work for you.

    just noticed it says I joined in 2007, which is true, but I stopped logging my food until about 2 weeks ago, and guess what? BIG SURPRISE, I slowly gained weight.
