I am just starting my new work out routine after having my son. I haven't worked out in probably 10 or 11 months, besides walking and am definitely a beginner! Wanted to see if anyone is doing any of these work outs and how they have worked for you? I am just starting the beginners work out to even learn how to do these, but they're so much fun! They're on youtube and keep me motivated. Write me a message or feel free to add me if you do them as well

I started doing them in October, too. I especially love the Livestrong series that she does, because they are all different lengths and intensities, for days when I have more time or less time. Plus I love how I feel afterwards! Are you still enjoying them??0
