How do you get the "lbs lost ... lbs to go" tracker?

Go to your profile page. There is a section on "Progress" and underneath it gives you the option to personalize your tracker.

Try going to the Apps tab, then there is another little line menu that has "tickers" and "badges" ... I put the "weight lost, pounds to go" on my blog using the codes there ...

If you want to post the ticker then you would then need to manually insert the ticker code as a BBCode on every post reply.
