Hi, I'm a bit confused on what I should put into my activity section. I'm a nurse who works 12 hr shifts three days a week. On these days I walk on or over 10000 steps. I run 2 miles five days a week. I'm not sure if that's lightly active or active.

I think that is considered Active. Especially if you run 2 mi every day of a workweek. Great Job though, I need to get back on track with my running0
