21 Day Fix Recipes

So I am starting the 21 day fix and the week prior I did a practice run to see how I would do. I don't do well on basic food that I dont like. So I am looking for some dinner and lunch ideas! I found a bunch of recipes on pinterest but I am wondering if any of you wonderful people have recipes you would like to share!

    To be honest? Wouldn't that just be regular recipes portion controlled to fit in an over priced plastic container?
  • No it wouldn't, there are specific foods you can and cannot eat. Regular recipes have foods that you can't eat. So I'm looking for creative ways to take the authorized foods and create meals out of them instead of just eating chicken, green beans, and a potato. And you may think they are overpriced, but for some people who don't do well with portion control, this is a good way to learn appropriate portions and also how much of what you should be eating in a day. Everyone does things differently and if it helps me lean up after having my son, then I'm all for it.

  • There is a book that comes with the 21 day fix containers that has all of the guidelines. It would honestly be too much to type. Was kind of hoping to get some fellow 21 day fixers

  • I'm looking for ways to spruce it up a little bit so im not just eating chicken, a side of asparagus, and half of a potato. I was looking for recipes.. Like pinterest had recipes for stuffed peppers, Cabbage Potato Soup, Turkey Chili... all with in the guidelines for the 21 day fix. THAT is what I was asking for.
