 I've been very active and athletic my entire life (began horseback riding when I was 4), and had to stop 1 year ago as the result of injury. I have gained 20 pounds that don't want to seem to go anywhere, and am hoping that by learning to eat healthy (and not rely on exercise ALL the time), I can get back to my goal weight. Wish me luck :flowerforyou:

You can do it! Always think positive thoughts in everything you do, I hope I can versus "I can!" will make a world of difference! Staying motivated comes from the brain, and thinking about being able to do something and never doubting yourself in anything you do will account for a world of difference in everything you do! =)

    Positive statements and empowering questions:
How can I lose fat and enjoy the process?
What can I do today that will help me get closer to my weight loss goal?
What can I eat right now at this meal that will help me lose body fat?
How great am I going to feel after I finish my workout today?
My metabolism is getting faster every day.
I am getting leaner every day.
I like the way I look.
I am 100% responsible for my results.
Whatever it takes, I’ll do it.
    I like eating healthy foods.
    I love working out.
Training early in the morning is exhilarating.
I have time for anything I am committed to.
    I like myself.
    I can do it.
    I’ll do it.
