Hello, I am trying to lose weight and diet yet again. I just recently switched from webmd because I want to be able to log my food in on the go. I am hoping that I could get some support through my weight loss journey. I am 5'8 and 183 pounds, and I gain approximately 10 pounds a year which is killing me. Anyways, I am looking forward to this.
