Eggs and meat are the obvious breakfast choice.

Protein bars, some yogurt or cottage cheese for snacks.

I have protein coffee every day for breakfast.

Here's how it works, get a chocolate protein shake ideally one with limited calories and carbs.

Mix one scoop of shake with about 200ml of water in a shaker and shake until blended.

Make a cup of black coffee and tip into the mixer

*WARNING* Do not try to mix it again after adding the coffee. This will cause hot protein coffee to shoot out of the shaker and make a mess. Believe me I know this.

Drink your nommy protein coffee for breakfast or a snack. The addition of the coffee make such a difference and it is very filling. Just make sure you are monitioring the rest of your Macros so you ahve a decent balanced diet.

Greek yogurt is higher in protein than regular yogurt. Stir in some vanilla protein powder for more protein.

Hard-boiled eggs (skip the yolk if you don't want the fat) - I ate 5 for my morning snack, 90ish calories and 20 grams protein

Grilled chicken cut into strips. I dip them in mustard or something else if I want a bit more flavor. If you grill them with some non-sodium flavoring, they are usually good on their own.

Protein Shakes. Everyone has their own favorite flavors/brands. I prefer anything that is a chocolate base (chocolate, chocolate peanut butter, etc.) and I prefer MusclePharm Combat Powder. 130 calories for 25 grams protein. I keep a shaker bottle and small jug of protein my desk in case I need it. Depending on your needs/tastes you can add peanut butter, PB2, yogurt, etc. too.

Yes. I like Chiobani brand, and add whole almonds. All together it's like 200 or so calories for all that!

I do scrambled egg whites and a chicken sausage for breakfast a lot with sweet potatoes. This week, I made a batch of egg, egg white and cheese "muffins", and have been eating those. For lunch I'll have dinner leftovers or chicken usually. Egg whites and chicken are my go-to protein sources. Eggs, Greek yogurt, cheese, nuts, other meats and beans are good sources as well. Protein shakes and bars (be careful of the ones that are basically high protein candy bars) are also good on the go snacks.

I second the "protein coffee" idea. For those of us with very little time in the morning, but need "something" in our bellies, this works like a charm. A delicious and portable way to get 25-30g protein and our coffee slam all in one.

Greek yogurt is great, too. Get the plain, unsweetened, and it can be added to dressings and sauces to boost protein intake throughout the day. My diary's open (at least I think so). I typically get 100-125g protein every day, if anyone would like to see ideas. And no, we don't have to eat massive quantities of meat at a sitting to do it, either.
