Beginners workouts?

I used to run and I'm just starting to work out again after having a crazy past year. I know I won't be able to run right away but does anyone have a program or something that has suggestions for daily workouts to build up to a C25K type schedule? TIA

    I just did a lot of walking initially, then did the C25K app....

    the C25K really is the beginning other than just walking or resistance training...I suggest you just start that, your jogging should be slower than your actual walk if you are REALLY new to it all.

    I would suggest starting C25K with the intention of just doing week 1 on repeat until you feel ready to move on. It's simply a tool - use it however you need to! Or, make your own with your own music and a timer app. I'm going to do that when I start running, because the out-of-the-box timing doesn't work well in my neighborhood.
