Looking for Outside idea's....

hello i am a mother of a 4 year old, 2 year old, and 1 one year old....i live in the country...and was hoping to get some workout ideas to do outside with the kids playing out side....please give me lots of idea's thanks

    jump rope
    pulling them in a wagon
    chase
    roller skating
    jumping jacks
    biking
    running while they play nearby
    hiking

    Oh yeah definately pushing my 4 year old son in his stroller up hills just around my house and at the park definately do the trick...and I always try to race him, its a win win situation he gets active while I do, playing tag aka acting like a kid yourself really is a workout lol. Jump rope like she said above is a great one especially.

    Tag, soccer, frisbee, hide & seek, skipping, hop-scotch, climbing (play ground equipment), wreslting.
  • How bout circuit training while the kids are playing they can do it to. chasing them around, we have races at our place all the time, soccer, tag, walks, jump rope, gardening

    I play tag with them or kick the soccer ball around. And if they are playing and I am just there to watch, I do circuit training---lunges, push ups, sit ups are wonderful
