Your NSVs: 3, 2, 1, GO!

Just curious to what some of your NSVs are :#

Here are a few of mine

1. Don't have to contemplate whether or not I can fit inbetween 2 cars in the parking lot or whether I have to walk around

2. Normal sized towels are starting to fit

3. Because normal sized towels are starting to fit, I'm comfortable walking around with just a towel on in the gym locker room (even if I have to pinch the sides to make everything cover lol)

4. Thighs don't rub as much --> longevity of pants and leggings! [insert hallelujah chorus]

5. More interaction with the male species

6. People lean over to see how fast/my incline on the elliptical or treadmill

Having the hostess in a diner escort me to a booth and not having to wonder if I will fit.

My resting pulse rate is below 60.
I've taken in my pants 8", and they're starting to be a little loose again.
I'm regularly doing 90 minutes on the treadmill on the "hill" setting. Currently using level 12 of 20.

    1. My asthma is clearing up on its own.
    2. My relationship with food has completely changed. I'm counting the days where I'm snuggled safely within healthy range so I can ::gasp:: gain weight, and do a bit of clean bulk before cutting to an ideal size for my frame.

    @ tomsarno that's a good one!

@ MKEgal, yay congrats! And kudos on the hill setting especially since I loath the incline on treadmill (though oddly ok on elliptical)

@feralkitten awesome news about the asthma! And funny how prospective on weight changes when you start lifting as a female :P

1-I haven't actually taken my RHR for awhile, but I know it's getting harder to get my HR up to the same level. I assume that's because the resting rate has slowed down.

2-My watch was loose enough for awhile that it would slide around my wrist, but when I tried to tighten it a notch, it would pinch… I noticed a couple of days ago that it's stopped pinching.

3-My jeans that I was so excited about because they were the same size I wore in high school… are now looking like an "after picture." By the time I cinch the belt tight enough they don't fall down, the fabric bunches. (I'm trying to hang on till my next milestone before I buy new ones… 6 more pounds)

3-Upping the speed on the treadmill.

4-My back has been bothering me the last few days and on advice of my trainer, I had to change up my routine a bit including lowering the weights on a couple of my machines at least until my back starts feeling better. Because of this, I switched out my typical weight machine for a similar (but easier) one and one I hadn't done since the the first 6 weeks of working out. I estimated what my current lifting weight would have been comparable to on this machine and lowered it by 10-15 pounds to take it easy on my back… It felt ridiculously easy. But what I didn't realize until I logged it --that it was still a higher weight than it was when I started.

My rings are getting to the point that I am worried they will fall off. Going to the jeweler this weekend to see about having them resized. And I was able to spend an entire evening in 3 inch heels, havn't been able to do that in years due to my weight causing too much pain. My size 6 pants are needing washed and dried nearly every other day to tighten them up, can't wait to buy the next smaller size

Went to 4 hour meeting where there were fresh danish on the table from my (once upon a time my favourite thing from my favourite bakery.) I shared a quarter of one, and have brought 2 home for the kids and they are still safely in the bag. It was a very tough meeting and once upon a time I would have gone straight for a treat, but instead I went to the gym and worked off some frustration!
