    Wow that is great congratulations. How did you do it?

    exercising and just watching what i eat and my portion sizes. the only fast food i eat is subway. i do cardio mixed with strength training 4-5 times a week

    i did hit a plateau around 160lbs. i just kept going and tried upping my calories some. i started losing hope but after a month i finally busted through it!
