Hello,
I am from Tamil Nadu, India.
I thought this place would be more good if I find some frenz from India, who are serious in weight loss and would want/like to have motivation.
And yea, then I would be able to discuss about the Healthy Indian food ^^
Hope to see some fab frens ^^

    Hi, I live near Delhi. I am not Indian, I'm an American, but I'm married to an Indian! I'm 27 and have already lost 43 pounds (about 19 kilos).. I still have 85 pounds (38 kilos) to go though!
