Wonder what I can supplement with the banana. It'd be great to have some fake ice cream, but I'm allergic to bananas. I love ice cream, however so does my cellulite.
You could probably do this with any frozen fruit. I do this every so often but I just use one frozen over ripe banana in my food processer. No add ins. Sometimes depending on my mood and calories I have to work with I will top with balsamic strawberries, nut butter or chocolate chips. The combinations are endless.
I might try adding almond milk next time just to try something different but you don't really need it.0 -
