What dave says. If you are fretting about three calories, then you are in an unhealthy headspace.0

The difference is cancelled out by the amount of toothpaste you swallow when you brush, and the number of bugs you eat in your sleep (depending on the season and your geographical location).0

There is no way to measure calories burned during digestion.
Just enjoy the broccoli.0 -
