I am back

I am very disappointed in myself. I was on a good trail last year and lost nine pounds. I went to Jamaica in July and slowed down my progress of going to the gym. I totally shut down and gained all nine pounds and five extra. I am not to proud of myself. I noticed that my joints are starting to hurt and I need to start losing again. I have Lupus and it very hard to exercise. I am afraid I may hurt myself. I started back going to the gym on Monday and I went today. My goal is to go tomorrow and start back with four days a week, 45 minutes cardio and some weights. I hope I lose the weight.

Don't hope, DO. When exercising is a true habit, you won't feel good if you skip it. Work back into it slowly to avoid injury. You can get a lot of fitness mileage out of just staying active throughout the day by being on your feet and moving around. There's always something that needs to be cleaned.0
