How can I get my protein intake up?

Hey everyone, I have trouble getting enough protein. Any tips or suggestions? What foods do you all like to have to increase your protein intake?
I'm not a vegan or a vegetarian btw, but I'm not a fan of meat. I'll eat it if I have to though.

Have you tried any protein shakes?0

Protein powder, milk, dairy, greek yogurt, eggs, chicken, beans, tofu.0

Protein shakes for convenience, lean meats (chicken, beef, pork etc) and fish.
If not those, there is always beets and legumes.0 -

Yes I use body fortress chocolate whey protein, but I only use 1.5-2 scoops per day. I guess I could do 3 scoops.

Also shrimp if you like seafood.0

Is having 3 scoops of protein powder per day a bad thing? Would you guys not recommend it? What about on days when I don't lift?0

greek yogurt is also good. Not sure if tuna falls into the meat category for you, but tuna has a lof of protein too.0

I dont know if it's bad or not. So hopefully someone will answer that for you. Personally, I think protein powder is great for a boost, but shouldn't be the sole provider of protein for your day. I would try to get the rest of your protein grams thru real foods.

I do like tuna actually! But how often should I eat it per week? I know you're not supposed to eat it too much because it has mercury and too much mercury is bad for you.0 -
oh- on my "poor" weeks, I will eat it everyday. hmmmm.....0

They say women can safely eat 12.5 oz of chunk light tuna per week (14 oz for dudes). Some weeks I eat around 13 oz, which is one of those 2.6 oz pouches M-F, and I don't worry much about mercury.0 -

Do you use greek yogurt?0 -
always but i think plain is ok-just none of that light and fit garbage0

Morning star veggie burgers have a good amount of protein (the grillers are higher than the regular ones.). A little cheese improves the taste (and adds more protein!)
Tuna
Cottage cheese
Regular cheese
Eggs
I get a little from nuts, hot dogs, beans and granola, too.
If you go the route of protein powder, be sure it's been approved by a reliable, non-fitness source (like a dietician) and that it has complete protein (not all do.)
I got 7g with my Raisin Bran and milk this morning. Since I have trouble with protein, every little bit helps.0
