Hey guys! I would really like your help on this one! I have a couple of questions that I would love if you took the time to answer.

1) What do you feel is the biggest problem when it comes to your weight loss?
2) What is your goal in loosing weight?
3) What do you feel is the biggest obstacle for reaching your goal?
4) And finally, how would you like someone addressing those issues? Book, Video, Course, etc?

And thank you for all your answers! It will mean a lot to me! :)

1). No problem as I'm a hard worker.
2). Goal NOW is to get stronger (thats changed since I've been here).
3). I would be my only obstacle and most days, I'm not.
4). Nothing needs addressing, this is an inside job.

    1. Constant hunger, which has been a problem my entire life no matter how little, how much or what specifically I was eating, and whether I did three meals a day, meals plus snacks, one meal a day, three snacks, watching macros like a hawk, reduced or increased carbs, reduced or increased fat or what-have-you. The hunger is ALWAYS there.
    2. I want to look pretty again. Yes, that's shallow. But there it is.
    3. See #1 above.
    4. Well...I do love books. That's just my personal preference. I have my Kindle and I can obviously look up whatever I want to online, but I just have always, always loved stretching out on my bed in the afternoon on my stomach and leafing through a book I could really sink my teeth into (no pun intended). I get out a highlighter and mark away, oldschool all the way!

    1) Having to sacrifice the carby meal when I need to hit my protein macro

    2) To get to 16-18% body fat and then maintain and then bulk. Or go straighto bulking.

    3) Idk, time?

    4) There isn't anything to address from an external POV. Unless Canada wants to hand out free liposuction.

    1. Laziness. I have a fairly active job, so by the time I get home from work I'd rather relax than work out. And doing it early is not an option most days, as I go to work at 5/6AM on the weekends and would wake everyone up.
    2. First, to avoid the health problems my parents have faced over the past two decades. Second, to feel confident enough to date.
    3. Nothing, really
    4. The issues are all mine, so I don't need anyone else informing me what to do.

    1. I don't have much to lose, and therefore have little motivation to actually lose it.
    2. I'm only looking to lose around 15 pounds, and I don't particularly care if I lose it...I'm much more interested in recomp, so I've been eating around maintenance and lifting. I would like to get to around 22% bodyfat, but I'm more concerned with the way I look and feel than with the numbers.
    3. Scheduling workouts. My work schedule changes daily, and my boyfriend's house is quite a distance from my gym. Fortunately, he has a small home gym and he's happy to let me join his workouts, so it's becoming less of a problem.
    4. The only way my issue can be addressed is for me to manage my time better. I've been doing better at getting to the gym, or working out at home on days when I can't. There has been improvement in my motivation, and it's showing in my figure, which further feeds my motivation.

I wouldn't mind seeing more comprehensive info on recomposition, including nutrition and moves for building muscle. I would prefer book form so that I can take it with me wherever and loan it out.
