Heyy everyone... my names Paul :D I have been using MFP for just over a month now and I am on the road to healthy living and exercise! hope to be posting on the community and getting to know everyone and help with motivation and hopefully we can all push each other to achieve our goals!

    Hello in bonny Scotland, from the swamps of southern Georgia. I lived in Suffolk for several years when I was younger. Really miss the UK. :)
