what can be done about hard floors hurting the spine/tailbone when working out? i use a yoga mat but it's just not enough cushion and i still hurt/get bruised easily when doing yoga/sit ups etc

I've seen people get a fluffy throw rug and put their yoga mat on top. Just make sure the throw rug has a slip-resistant back. Maybe you need one of the thicker foamy mats?0

i haven't seen any thicker mats, then again i wasnt really looking! do you think Academy or something would have something like that? or would i have better luck looking online0
