Greek yogurt pasta sauce

Ok so I Wana try making this pasta sauce with Shiritaki noodles (the zero calorie ones) using greek yogurt and fat free ricotta cheese. I also Wana add chicken and veggies. If I mix like 1/2c greek yogurt and ricotta and put it on the noodles will it taste good or aweful? If not good should I like add milk I dont know? I can't find any recipes using greek yogurt and ricotta

    I use shiritaki noodles all the time, but I find they taste best when used with ingredients with a full on flavour, like pasta sauce (tomato based), chilli, curry powder or paste.
    I think yoghurt and ricotta would be too bland
