My name's Marjorie and I am 1 month into the keto plan. I have lost 15 lbs and 2 inches around my hips. I've been using the food diary faithfully and hope to survive Thanksgiving with my family without cheating!

Good luck! That is my and my husband's plan too. We are only a week in but things are already changing for the better. Just think what will give you more satisfaction; a piece of food or knowing you stuck to your plan.0
