Have been doing loads of swimming - but need help on best foods to eat Myfitnesspal adds anywhere between 650 - 1100 calories per day depending on how far I swim and finding it hard to eat lots anyone able to help who also swims a lot?

Special swimming food? Never ate anything specific.
Swimming for a long time will often make you very hungry because nothing burns calories like swimming. It's cardio and resistance at the same time. Then there is all the breathing. Swimming takes a lot out of you, physically.
Eat what you normally would, just eat more when you're hungrier.0 -
TY I'm never hungry so find it difficult to eat0

I have a HRM (Polar FT1) that monitors how much I actually burn. MFP's database for all exercises can be wildly off.
