Sensitive Stomach Issues! :(

After dinner, I almost ALWAYS have a really bloated and upset stomach. Not because I ate too much, but for some other reason? I usually have a slice of bread with my dinner, which consists of protein (like chicken or turkey) and a side of mixed steamed veggies. Could the slice of bread with my dinner be to blame?
It's been a problem of mine for almost a year now!
Does anyone have any tips on foods that don't cause bloating/how to reduce it?
Thank you!

The slice of bread could be to blame, bread is excellent for bloating. I'd personally go to a doctor, you could have IBS or some other intolerance. They can work this out for you.0

See if you can get your insurance to cover an ALCAT test. It's a blood test that will check for food intolerances.
If you want this test done I'd request it. Otherwise your doctor may recommend a fiber supplement/laxative or an elimination diet. And for me, that really sucked.0 -
If your digestive habits change in unexplained ways you really should get it checked out. It's usually something simple and benign, but not always. Better to be safe.0
