Sensitive Stomach Issues! :(

After dinner, I almost ALWAYS have a really bloated and upset stomach. Not because I ate too much, but for some other reason? I usually have a slice of bread with my dinner, which consists of protein (like chicken or turkey) and a side of mixed steamed veggies. Could the slice of bread with my dinner be to blame?
It's been a problem of mine for almost a year now! :'(

Does anyone have any tips on foods that don't cause bloating/how to reduce it?
Thank you!

The slice of bread could be to blame, bread is excellent for bloating. I'd personally go to a doctor, you could have IBS or some other intolerance. They can work this out for you.

See if you can get your insurance to cover an ALCAT test. It's a blood test that will check for food intolerances.

If you want this test done I'd request it. Otherwise your doctor may recommend a fiber supplement/laxative or an elimination diet. And for me, that really sucked.

If your digestive habits change in unexplained ways you really should get it checked out. It's usually something simple and benign, but not always. Better to be safe.
