Can somebody help me please? I'm about to spaz out. I lost 9 pounds. But I gained 5 pounds back when I ate a sandwich from subway. And its difficult to get it back off. I exercise everyday but I still haven't seen a,difference. Please help

    You probably lost some water weight initially, and then got it back with the sodium in the meats. You most likely just need to keep doing what you're doing, unless your weight doesn't change for a few weeks. Then, reevaluate.

    Weight fluctuates. It's normal, don't starve yourself or think that the scale should always 100% be a lower weight... my daily weigh ins look about like this
    171.5, 175.2, 169.8, 171.2, 173.8, 169.4, etc... those are all early morning right after going to the rest room and very close to what my weigh ins were this week. Some weeks bloat higher than others so it's not uncommon for me to stay more like 175.5, 173.4, 174.9, 172.5 on those weeks then it drops back to around 170 and I know the water retention has let up. one meal does not make or break you! I'm eating so much foodz and losing weight and lost 1.5 inches on my waist this last month...
  • Ok thank you. I forgot the sodium in the sandwich swells my body up. Plus I weighed after I exercised.
