Hi my name is Sharon.I've been struggling with weight loss for about 15 years now(basically since I got married and had kids).I've tried weight watchers many different times, and used my fitness pal a few times already,and also a doctor directed weight loss program that I've been on for 6 months now (I've lost and gained the same 10 pounds every month).So I'm back at square one and thought I'd join my fitness pal community for support.I'd love some supportive friends to help me through!!!!

    I feel your pain. I am able to loose 10 pounds then I stall. This has been going on for years. New here, just under a month and we have the same goal amount 35 lbs. Add me as a friend if you want. Support and laughs are always welcome.

    Hi Sharon, would love to help support you in your journey. I have been a MFP member since 2012, I lost 16 pounds but have put it back on this year due to eating as a way to soothe some personal losses in 2014. But I am back and ready to fight the fight and lose the extra weight. Feel free to add me if you like I check in daily.
