Any fellow powerlifters on here?

Curious to see what kind of diet other powerlifters are running. Feel free to add up, dairies open!

    Yup.

    Regular diet? LOL

My TDEE is 2300 and I eat around 2700 calories/day. Protein, carbs, and fat ;)

    Yup.

My diet consists of a lot of food. Both in quantity and in variety. Also, beer.

4000 cals a day. Bulking to gain more strength, then cutting. At 165 lbs only a crappy 250 lb squat.

I don't know what qualifies as a powerlifter. I'm just trying to get stronger. Diet is mostly meat and fat since I'm diabetic and have to watch the carb intake.

Diary is open. I am a very novice lifter, with crappy numbers, but enjoying my workouts

Yup! I'm a newbie - started in September. I lift 3-4 times per week with a coach. I'd like to enter my first powerlifting meet sometime next year.

I have pretty basic eating rules
    - Eat 10% under my TDEE (trying to lose bodyfat as well)
    - Focus on whole foods and repeat meals as much as possible (protein shakes and quest bars are my biggest source of processed foods)
    - Eat at least 200 g of protein per day
    - Don't sweat the bad days

    Yes.

Just started my first bulk. Eating 2700-2800 calories, right now, may need to add more cals. Just making sure I hit my macs.

Running 531 right now and thinking of competing in a raw event later this year. On a slow bulk at about 3K per day right now.
