Ladies - Depo Provera

I got a Depo Provera injection a month ago & I haven't experienced any common symptoms until a week ago. My breasts hurt & they itch occasionally. They aren't really sore, they just hurt nonstop. & it's been happening for days straight. Im a bra size 34A so I'm hoping they're growing but I haven't noticed any growth yet. I was just wondering if it's normal that they feel this way? Is it possible they're growing? & if so, when will I see the growth? My boobs are tiny so I'm obviously getting excited abt the thought of them developing more lol. Should I stop with the wishful thinking or what? I'm confused, nervous, & anxious. Thanks!

    It's probably hormonal, and unfortunately not related to growth - of course I'm assuming you're an adult! When I had to switch birth control pills, the same thing happened to me until I found the right kind again. Don't worry about your boobs. The smaller they are, the better they'll look as you age :)

    I've been using depo for a year now, and definitely haven't seen any growth! I had that issue; it gradually goes away. Don't be anxious! It's to be expected with any hormonal birth control that there are going to be some weird effects. ;)
