Hey everyone,
I am a stay at home Mom to 3 beautiful children. I started my weightloss journey in December. I am down 30lbs. I have about 15 pounds to reach my goal weight. Then I plan on reevaluating.
I am currently working out @ 6 days a week anywhere from 30 - hour. I have been doing Jillian Michaels 30 day shred for about 6 weeks now. I will start on level 3 Monday. I am anxiously awaiting that day because it is hardcore. For me anyway.
I look forward to chatting with ya'll because I am slipping and NEED motivation.

30 pounds is fantastic! Way to go, and all the best with what remains for you! I'm a sahm too, and sometimes I think kids can be the best kind of cardio.
