This feels like a troll, but I'll bite. 15-20 lbs in less than 2 months is kinda unrealistic, especially at your starting weight. You can probably do 10 lbs by Christmas if you stay on goal. Good luck!0

Unrealistic.
Here's a blog post I did about setting goals.

Look at the BMI chart & see if your goal weight is healthy (in the green range), and if your current weight is healthy. If you're currently at a healthy weight & don't have much to lose, you're going to lose very slowly, like maybe 0.5 lb/week if you really work at it.
What you could do between now & the end of December is to lose several pounds AND start working out, lifting weights, so you'll transform from puffy to more sleek. (6 weeks isn't a lot of time, but you will see some change.) A pound of fat takes up more space than a pound of muscle, so you'll look better & your clothes will fit better.
Or you could choose a different dress, one that doesn't highlight what you see as a defect, and by next summer (eating sensibly & exercising) you could lose that weight, tone up, look great.

Agreed.

I started think you could lose 12 lbs in 5 weeks if you really workout everyday and decrease your eating by a ton. I lost 10 lbs in a month doing that, mostly thanks to diet pills... Not saying its the most healthy choice but it worked!0

It seems you can't report posts anymore since the site was "improved", otherwise I would have reported it.

Jeez! I was hoping to lose 4 or 5 pounds by Christmas and thought that it was too much for so little time... Gotta stay healthy, you know...0

Sorry, I don't share your enthusiasm. It's not very likely you'll lose that much in six weeks.0

What diet pills were those?0 -
If you were a highly obese man that 15-20 lbs could be possible... but you want to lose 10% of your current bodyweight in that time?
I am on a crash diet for 6 weeks and could never loose 10% of my current bodyweight in that period... But I guess this thread will be for those who want a short and unhealthy diet...
Even-though I don´t like the premise of this thread, I am in0 -
I already have a goal of losing 25 lbs [10% of my bodyweight which is 244ish lbs] by Christmas, so why not count me in.
