Healthy: Almonds, walnuts, eggs, Greek yogurt, grapefruit, Brussels sprouts, brocolli, peaches, raspberries, blue berries, cabbage, lobster, shrimp and pistachios.
Dirty foods: Chocolate, burgers and fries (Pref Red Robins), Pizza, tater tots, onion rings, pretzels, burritos, doritos, corn dogs . . . I should stop, I'm getting a foodgasm. :huh:0 -
