This is my story - couldn't reduce my food intake, feeling starving by lunch/dinner time, had some desert/sweets cravings, would eat my food down so fast. Found out I was low in testosterone, which lead to finding out I had high insulin resistance.

Now on medication Metformin, hunger pains have disappeared, no more sugar cravings, loosing weight has been easy with only 30-40 min of walking or cycling 3 - 4 time a week, eat about half of what I used to.

Have lost 5kgs/11lbs, still another 15-18kgs to go.

Hope this helps people who are in the same situation as me, good luck all.

Congrats. :flowerforyou: I'm glad your medical issues were found and that you've been able to get healthier once they were addressed. :)
