How many 10-20 second planks can you get done?
You've got all weekend to get this challenge done and no specific goal other than as many as you can!
I think the weekend challenges will change every week but be ready Monday to start the squat challenge week 2 (or week one for newbies!)

Mid day Sunday I am at 75 planks. My goal is 100! I am positive in the next 12 hours I can squeeze out another 25.0

I am officially done. I reached my goal and have no desire to do another plank this week.
30 Saturday + 70 Sunday = 100 planks0 -
160 planks(80 each day).0

I took the weekend off exercise-wise so I just did ten! haha Way to go and kuddos to all who did 100! Wow!0
