8lbs down, 42lbs to go!

Hi, I'm Dolly.
I recently started a new, healthier way of life and I would love some friends to talk to.
This is the first time I've ever committed myself to something this tough, and with my boyfriend and roommates in better shape than I, they don't watch the garbage they eat.
I have been adapting this new way of life for a week so far, and the journey to hit my first goal of hitting 150lbs + toning has begun! I have lost 8lbs, which was probably bloat, but drinking 2/3 a gallon of water a day helps!
I've never consciously exercised or watched what I ate, so this is definitely a challenge.

Starting weight: 200 lbs
Current weight: 192 lbs

    You can do it. I'm down 30 lbs , it's not easy but if you commit to this journey you will succeed. Best of luck :)
