What kind of machine is this?

And how do I log it? Any help? I've seen people calling it an abdominal crunch machine. I've been logging it as a rowing/canoeing machine but I don't think that is right... I'm VERY new to doing exercises so I don't know how to log them very accurately.

It's not an abdominal crunch. If I reca, it was an ez-rider.

How exactly would I put that into the exercise section on here?

It looks like the Health Rider we used to sell when I worked at Nordic Track back in the 90's - not sure if there is a specific listing for it but try searching for that. I was surprised to find a ski machine listed (I have an old Nordic Track pro skier - very hard to find now but the health riders are still around because I saw one not that long ago).

Edit: Ok I was curious so I decided to look and found a link that has a pretty generic listing of calorie burns and riders are on there so you can use it as an estimate and log it manually

Calories burned in 30 minutes for people of three different weights

This is what Livestrong has to say about it. Depending on how vigorously you do it, I'd say this article would lead me to enter it as Calisthenics and either light or vigorous effort.

I have no idea how to log it. My mom used to have one in the nineties and I used to use it every day before work.
