Best tasting breakfast/protein/snack bar with high protein and low sugar (under 15g)

I'm gaining as I lift weights in my workouts - it's really hard to maintain my MyFitnessPal daily goals for sugar, I always go over. The bars I eat for breakfast or when I really need a snack usually have over 15 grams of sugar (Clif Bar, Larabar etc). I had the Think Thin brand bars for awhile because they use a sugar alcohol so there was absolutely 0 grams sugar - which was great! The protein was also 20 grams so it was a lot of protein. But the taste was lacking for me. I didn't mind the peanut butter one, but not as something I want to really get very often. Any suggestions?

Oh, lots of non-sugar carbs is good also. Need high protein, high carbs but low sugar.

Quest bars are the ONLY bars I eat nowadays. You can get them at GNC or online at Amazon. They are usually under 200 calories, with around 17 grams of fiber, 20 grams of protein, and only 3-7 grams of net carbs per bar. I love them. And they taste really good!

I guess that's better than high sugar, but I still want carbs because I'm trying to gain weight. High carbs but low sugar, it kinda sounds weird but that's what I need

I LOVE Kind Bars! Most of them are 5 grams of sugar. They are made with nuts, fruit, etc, and don'
t have that horrid chalky protein bar taste. My go-to snack.

Quest or Pure Protein. I like Quest because the extra fiber keeps me full longer.
