I definitely know where you're coming from. A few years ago I lost 55 pounds and reached my goal weight. I then kept it off for a few months before falling off the wagon. I gained 40 pounds back and now am finally back in the groove on my way back to my goal weight again. It stinks losing all the progress that we've made but it feels good being in control again. Good luck to you, you can do it!0

The more times I fall off the harder it is to start again. I feel like such a failure. But I have to force myself to look at the positive, at least I'm trying to climb out of the hole.0

Hi Nikki. Have you read this blog? I'm the queen of "I'll start fresh tomorrow." She's really been helping me see through the lies I create to sabotage myself.

When I fall off I find that fasting on nothing but vitamins and a green juice helps me tremendously. I committ to it for a week and drop 4 pounds easily. It's hard to stick to it but WORTH it. You develop confidence from giving into unhealthy habits as a way to deal with stress or depression.0
