My body hates me

i'm a 19 years old female and at 5 foot nothing i weigh 178 pounds and gaining. yesterday i tried to run after my charges ( im a babysitter when not in college) and i was weazing and gasping for breath. i went to a department store and saw mhy body in a full length mirror and cried iused to love shopping. i worried about my health more than anything i need help

Perhaps you should go to the doctor to see if you need an inhaler for exercise purposes... I always need one when I first start any sort of high intensity workout, but eventually am able to ween off of it once my body adjusts. (Dept. store mirrors have always seemed to be a bit skewed to me. You should invest in full length mirror for your home. They are relatively cheap. I got mine for $15 at Target.)0

Being fit is a lifestyle. It takes time and dedication sounds a little cliche but you will get
there. I would start with your diet first figure out your macros(start with a 500 calorie deficit adjust if needed) and than start small by walking 30 - 40 minutes a day.0 -
