Log your calories and eat at a moderate deficit. Exercise for your health, and start slow if you're out of shape.

Short, sweet, and to the point. This is good advice.

Perhaps you should go to the doctor to see if you need an inhaler for exercise purposes... I always need one when I first start any sort of high intensity workout, but eventually am able to ween off of it once my body adjusts. (Dept. store mirrors have always seemed to be a bit skewed to me. You should invest in full length mirror for your home. They are relatively cheap. I got mine for $15 at Target.)
  • Being fit is a lifestyle. It takes time and dedication sounds a little cliche but you will get
there. I would start with your diet first figure out your macros(start with a 500 calorie deficit adjust if needed) and than start small by walking 30 - 40 minutes a day.
  • thank you al lfor your advise
