Exercises tracking app suggestions

I've used BodySpace to track programs in the past and I like the fact when doing an exercise for the second time you can see the previous weight you used right from the same screen. Personally, I like that since I'm always trying to do more reps or add more weight to what I did the week before.
Now, I know the app allows you to add exercises as you go (which can be time consuming if I have to look up exercises at the gym). Another option is to create a workout template, but if I'm not mistaken it can become public, which could or not be a good thing.
My question would be, is there any other app for iOS that can do the same thing? Where you can create a workout template to track your reps and weight used each week?
